  • Click Close and go to Custom Level section.

Solution #2

  • To change Encrypted Pages setting and enable the TLS 1.2, go to Internet Explorer and check if Use TLS 1.2, under the Advanced tab, is check-marked.  
  • After that, find Do Not Save Encrypted Pages to Disk option and uncheck it.
  • Click Apply and then hit OK.
